Processing Materials
The NZ (F) type center drive concentrator is mainly suitable for small-scale concentration, usually used for diameters within 20M and manual rake lifting for diameters exceeding 20m. However, for diameters less than 20m, manual rake lifting is used. In addition, the company has developed corrosion-resistant concentrators to meet customer needs.
Application scope
The NZ (F) type center drive concentrator is mainly used for the concentration and clarification of mineral slurry, as well as the concentration of coal slurry water on the mine, achieving the purpose of dehydration. However, it can also be used for the dehydration operation of ancient metallurgical or chemical industry separation.
Advantages and characteristics

1. For corrosive slurries and anti-corrosion thickeners, special orders are required;
2. Considering factors such as transportation and construction period, according to user requirements, the user must indicate whether a concentration tank is included;
3. The NZ (F) type center drive concentrator is easy to operate and has strong stability;
4. The NZ (F) type center drive concentrator adopts wear-resistant materials, which increase its service life;
5. The structure is very simple, and the maintenance and improvement in the later stage are mainly applied to the concentration and clarification of slurry and the concentration of coal slurry water on the mine, which has achieved the purpose of dehydration. However, it can also be used in the dehydration operation of ancient metallurgical or chemical industry separation.
product mix
The NZ (F) type center driven concentrator is generally composed of a concentration tank, transmission device, rake frame, feeding device, and unloading device.
The central drive thickener enters the sludge from the center of the upper part of the tank, and flows evenly around the tank through the central stabilizing cylinder. As the flow rate decreases, the sludge settles at the bottom of the tank, and the scraping mechanism scrapes the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank into the central mud pit. At the same time, the longitudinal grid on the scraping arm plays a stirring role, providing a channel for water to escape from the sludge, accelerating the sinking of the sludge, and improving the sludge concentration effect. The supernatant is discharged from the overflow weir.
